an ok app, especially for the weekly offers that you can choose. One thing that is really annoying though is constantly having to sign in - literally every week I have to sign in and it drives me mad - no other app is like this on my mobile In response to the reply I've received, I do log in weekly, sometimes a couple of times a week

17/11/25 - The app was better when you could get rewards or the dividend. The offers are getting poorer & poorer. Lucky if I can choose one each week as most of them are on products I don't buy and are of no interest to me. Doesn't encourage you to shop at the COOP when the prices are so expensive. Also a waste of time playing the games as you either win nothing or get a paltry money off on items you never buy.

joined to use a nearby store, tried to use it and was told "wrong co-op" as there are different co-ops but they look very similar in appearance, and there is nowhere in the app to find out where applicable stores are located so it has happened to me several times. From the "get help with your order" page clicking on "contact support" opens the same page in the browser except there is no "contact" option. Useless. Closing my account.
