I keep getting texts saying I have new voicemails. To download visual voicemail. I've tried everything to get it to work! This app is complete garbage! Change it back. Why does Boost always need to fix something that's not broken?? Customer service is never any help either. No one ever knows what to do. Their answer is to go into a location. Then at the store location there's one person working so you're waiting there for over an hour. Boost is awful.

This used to work great until boost shifted to a new system in Dec. & forced an app update. It doesn't work at all now, not a single voice mail has gone into the visual voicemail app. It deleted voicemails I still wanted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, reset the app, and nothing works. I have wasted huge amounts of time with cust. serve. multiple times & nothing they suggested worked. I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different phone service just over this issue.

Forced to use this app and HATE it. App wants permission to access ALL files on my phone with ability to modify, delete and do whatever. It even states it may access files without my knowledge. You can't skip or deny this option. Because of this, I can't access my messages. Bring back the old voicemail, Boost. Never had an issue with that one.
