I have been with Boost Mobile for over 20 years. I found them to be very professional and very attentive to my needs. However, on one of the apps that I downloaded was an app that brought in Pop up ad's, viruses and put my info out there and nobody at the Boost Mobile store was able to help me. And I had to get a whole new email and change everything. Because I was compromised anyway.Other than that, the twenty years i've had with boost mobile was pretty good.I switched because of the pricing.

I just dropped Boost for good. I've had their service for almost 3 years. About 2-2 1/2 months ago, I started getting error messages, that my SIM wasn't registering, or that it wasn't compatible for my phone account. I called several times, even bought a new phone, which I was scammed to pay a lot more than getting the upgrade. Didn't realize it until a few days later. I called again. They kept saying, it's showing that the phone is working from our end, and in the middle of several calls, poof!

Worst service I have ever had. For the last week, all 3 of my lines have not been able to use our data. We've only been able to use calling and texting. I tried to speak to customer service and was "troubleshooting " with a complete fool. Either I continue paying for junk service that I can't use, or find a new service provider. I am going with option 2. Do NOT waste your money!
