Boost Diagnostics is a carrier application, owned and developed by Boost Mobile, that includes features for device diagnostics. The app helps DISH Wireless provide the best possible experience for our customers on any of our brands (Boost Mobile and Project Genesis). It helps us monitor network performance, collect data for product improvement, and gives us a tool to remotely support you, as a customer, if you have any issues with your device. To help us collect network performance data, the app features a Speed test function.

this app is constantly crashing. it keeps popping up on my screen a couple times per hour saying that it has crashed or whatever asking me if I want to close the app or turn it off. my phone starts running slow whenever it does that and I have to power off and on the phone. what is the deal with this it's been doing this more and more for about a week now. everyday it does it more times than the day before. I need this fixed

Terrible This app for one was installed unknowingly, not appreciated. I would like info before someone decides to put something on my phone that I never okayed. My phone feels like it's going to burst into fire it gets so hot, it's much slower on anything, my battery dies faster and even with it fast acharging. Also I can't make or receive calls most of the time. No one can hear each other, it disconnects, and then says there is a network or sim error.

Imagine my shock when I get a notification on my phone that this app is pulling too much from my battery! ....an app I never heard of, didn't install and didn't know was on my phone; an invasion of privacy!Ever since then, my phone's been shutting off and gets hot sometimes. I installed an anti-virus app that immediately detected several "issues." Dish...fix this problem. Occasional generic rhetoric won't do it. It doesn't need access to my photos, either!
