Ratings and reviews

The app is clunky, slow, and practically nonfunctional sometimes. I had to complete a purchase on the website (equally as clunky) because it wouldn't register I'd filled out all the info on the app AND THEN, despite my address being entered correctly in delivery address, they still didn't include the apartment number on the shipping label, so it wasn't deliverable. It is 2026. Do better.

I've been with Boost for the better part of a decade. They don't care about that though. They finally start to offer payment extensions (FOR $10 per line, that you need to be approved for). If someone is struggling to pay their little $50 phone bill and needs an extension, what makes anyone at this company think that person even has THAT? If they can't pay their bill they have no money. God forbid they look out for their customers let alone LONG TERM customers. I think it's time for a switch!

Terrible app with many errors! Shows 2 payments on 11/19, but there was only 1. Says bill is due on the 18th of the month, but when I called them, they said it wasn't due until the 19th. Received an email stating i was eligible for an upgraded phone for 9.99. I go into this app and the same phone is 199.99 Boost IT is just terrible, not recommended!!
