It continually logs me out throughout the month. If I don't have autopay set up and service is suspended for less than a day, I can't recieve a code to log in (it gets sent to my phone) or even call to pay my bills. Luckily there's a boost store in town, but really didn't want to have to make the treck there with a raging fever this time because the app didn't work. When I'm finally able to log in after restoring service, the app doesn't recognize my password so I have to update it every month.

I have been a boost customer for at least 10 yrs. The service provided customer service lately is frustrating. I was contacted stating my payment was declined. I corrected the situation. My service was disconnected. I'm told the information provided was applied to next month's bill. This makes no sense and honestly I find it highly suspect. unable to speak with a supervisor. very disappointed

I've been with boost mobile since they came out. I haven't changed phone carriers since. Phones are great as long as you get the correct one to do the things you wish to. This phone does not allow me to hookup Bluetooth headset even though this phone has Bluetooth. Unable to do screen recording as this option is not available on this phone.
