Ratings and reviews

The "app" works fine. It doesn't have ads and making payments is easy. It's hassle free, at least for me. Though, the original app was waaaaay better and much much faster. It's not really an app. It directs you to their website but whatever. If u have the $25 unlimited plan DONT watch too many videos on ur phone. Even though it's unlimited after the 30gb they'll slow the internet & everything else to a turtle. Never doing that again.

App barely works, unless you're paying your bill, big surprise there. Been waiting 10 min now for the Samsung A16 page to load. Tried everything, won't load. Not my service, or WIFI everything else is working as normal. Can't even upgrade on the app, even though it says you can. And according to the CS chat, they are aware of it, they just don't fix it. I wish this was the first and only time I've had issues with the app.

not sure about the app but my auto pay was paid 07/24/2026 and was suspended on 07/27/2026 for no payment. I was forced to pay for my entire account a second time 188 + another 180 but still can't get my account turned on unless I am willing to spend over 2 hours on hold. still no service after 4 hours and multiple calls and messages. and they make you talk to the AI assistant that can't do anything but suggest you need to make another payment and wait 15 minutes a lot of good that did me.
