Eh. The app is okay but you used to be able to access the old ver to pay your bill, even if you were a day or two late. Not to mention the actual service for boost has gone dramatically down hill over the yrs. It is...Absolutely terrible phone service. (And customer service as well.) It's super spotty service. There aren't the refurbished phones online for sale anymore. As boost has gotten bigger they've gotten worse and worse and worse. As soon as I am able to, I'm switching companies.

Boost Mobile is terrible👎! It doesn't matter how much data you have on your plan you always run out before your next bill is paid, you used to have data from payment to payment but no more. It's all in an effort to extort more money out of consumers for more money for data. And what good is having an automatic payment date set up when it doesn't pay on that date! And when you pay the bill it takes 2 to 4 days before your high speed data is restored when it should be restored right away! 😡🤬!

Terrible terrible Network connection and speed Boost Mobile has a few networks that they own but the speed of their network is not so great at all and they want you to use their Network. So the speed that you get from them will be very very bad more than any other network that gives you a reduced speed while service is busy under T-Mobile boost Mobile will to connect you to their own service towers in my experience I have used more than 10 service providers and boost Mobile is the worst
