App glitching big time. I keep clicking "Complete Offers" in the Boostcoin portion of the app, and it keeps kicking me out of the app entirely. If you don't want us earning money off of our bill, just say that and take the option away. Geez. 1/28/26 Constant glitching after supposed "fixes". Might wanna fix that if you want me to pay my bill.

Terrible app with many errors! Shows 2 payments on 11/19, but there was only 1. Says bill is due on the 18th of the month, but when I called them, they said it wasn't due until the 19th. Received an email stating i was eligible for an upgraded phone for 9.99. I go into this app and the same phone is 199.99 Boost IT is just terrible, not recommended!!

Absolutely horrible app. The payment history is completely inaccurate..also upon logging into my account it showed my phone line but with another persons phone number and info somehow visible to me,but when I called customer service, they could not see the info I was talking about.(seems to me like privacy issues) also the payment history on their end was completely different from mine. they were of no help and treated me as if I were incompetent. customer service gets 0 stars. I miss metro.
