Entering timesheets and expenses is never fun, but it’s now easier than ever with Deltek Time & Expense for Vantagepoint. Deltek T&E for Vantagepoint lets you quickly and accurately capture time and expenses anywhere, anytime when you are away from the office.

To use the app:

• A Deltek Vantagepoint user license is required.
• Contact your firm’s IT resource to obtain your firm-specific Deltek T&E mobile URL needed during set up. Note that this URL is different than the URL used in a browser.

Ratings and reviews

It has a poor layout, so even the largest phone screen feels too small. To enter data you can only see one day and few projects at a time without scrolling around. The back button doesn't do anything. You can't select decimal hours (i.e. 1.2 hours, only 1:12) , even though that's what the web based version uses. They need to redesign it by having actual users use it. It has the necessary functionality to enter time and expenses, but it's slow and clunky to use.

Half the time it crashes before I save my progress, especially if I tab over to another app (for info I need while doing my expense reports). The copy line functionality only copies half the info. Careful not to hit the back button or it will exit the app at times. User interface needs lots of improvements. But mostly I'm so tired of entering my time sheet or expense reports multiple times because it "loses connection to server" or other crashes. Makes my life more miserable.

clunky to enter info for android. useless app except when you're mobile and have no other option. it will take you 3x as long to enter info for the reasons below -did not find total week hours and had to add up separately. -if I switch to another app (to check meeting times etc), it logs out without saving! -when I sign in, I have to enter my pin 3x before the app continues. I've never experienced this with any other app??
