Ratings and reviews

Coming from using an open source app like Xdrip+, I find myself missing a lot of features and customization but it is definitely more user friendly. If I had to pick two features I miss the most it would be the widget for viewing current readings and trends on my home screen and support for a dark mode or other way to customize the color scheme of the app since I can't see my home and back buttons when the app is open due to them matching the color of the background.

After a couple of iterations where the G7 worked as expected 90% of the time, this recent one probably has a faulty spring. The sensor won't launch when the push button is pushed. Once again, this does not look like a market ready product. And the app won't even let me initiate the contact us form. The first mandatory question is relationship to patient, and it won't even let me fill it. A drop-down appears and then vanishes, so I'm unable to initiate thr contact us form to return faulty prodct

Overall, great. Much better than G6 app. However...getting the beep of an alert (ex high blood glucose) and then having to wait 30-45seconds to actually get the notification to dismiss is annoying. It seems to be a problem with the most recent update, as I don't remember having this issue a few weeks ago. 10/15/24: it also keeps turning on my phone's Do Not Disturb mode for no reason. Which is not helpful.
