The app keep crashing when I want to see the doctor. Keyboard keep cannot open to type things keep flickering. App keep on auto close. When the doctor comes in the video call, I couldn't even see the doctor and hear the doctor. It's like a empty white screen cannot see anything or hear anything. Please don't upgrade a app that doesn't work... It give us a hard time to see doctor. Please go and do something about it otherwise everyone will faced the same problem.

This app is actually recommended to me for help with my mental issues. It's my first time using it. I set an appointment and choose 1pm and without notification or what so ever my schedule was change 8am just like that and my appointment was tag missed, and have not heared from anyone event after sending them and email. If you want to waste your time and money use this app but don't use this to seek for treatment

This used to be a great app for tele consult with a doctor instantly. However, recent updates made it worse. There's constant flickering, making keyboard unusable, and the video / mic is not working at all. i.e. I can't hear or see the Doctor
