I like the look of the new app but that is about it. I cannot take a screenshot anymore of transactions to provide as proof of payment. Screenshots are just black screens now. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Cannot dispute or ask question about a transaction when you look at the details. Also needs to be corrected ASAP. Not sure it follows the regulations. Why was the ability to send a direct message taken away in the contact us section? Lots of bugs that need fixing.

I've been using this app for over a decade. I appreciated the fast simple UI with all the transaction details. Now I must accept automated calls to my cell phone or I cannot log in (took me a long time to figure that out), the application is slow, I get icons for the stoes I don'tcare about instead of transaction details on the transactions page I need to navigate to instead of being on the home page. Fire your product owner. Fire your UI designer. Bring back fast, simple, detailed UI. PLEASE!

On login, app constantly says they don't have your phone number (they've had it for years) and you need to update it before it lets you in. Previously I used to get these messages repeatedly after logging in, but at least I could dismiss them and continue using the app. Now I have "updated" my phone number like 10 times already over the last two months. This makes payments and checking transactions so unbelievably tedious. If we wanted to use the website, we would. Fix this
