Ent Mobile Banking App users must be registered users of Ent’s Online Banking. There is no charge from Ent for any Ent Mobile Banking App service; however standard/other charges from your mobile service provider may apply.

Ratings and reviews

No longer an option for depositing checks? I've always loved the convenience of this app but it seems to have gotten a makeover and I cannot find the option for depositing checks. Good thing I have a second account elsewhere because that's where this check is going to be deposited. Though, since I've already endorsed the check to Ent account, I'll have to bother the other party re-issue the check which adds an additional inconvenience.

I seem to always have trouble getting the app to accept the image it takes while making an online check deposit. It either takes the picture before I'm ready or it waits too long and I start shaking...then the message is that the pic it took is unacceptable I don't remember the exact words. Consider adding a feature that allows me to decide if I want the app to access my take the pic of the check automatically or allow me to do it manually. other than, the app works well.

Clunky, responses don't address the full issues. Overdraft protection comes with $30 "courtesy card fee." When you set up email alerts, negative balance is shown as $*** not -$*** or $-***. Ability to transfer between shares in app is good but true balance is only shown in app or on browser page. The app doesn't give any notifications itself but goes through email, the emails are incorrect in how they express values.
