I encountered difficulties with the CBE bank app; it wouldn't even let me register, let alone use it to send money. Despite trying for two days, I was stuck on the purple loading screen, whether I was connected to Wi-Fi or using my data. It's crucial for such a large company to address these bugs and release an updated version. One would expect the technical team to be in sync with the latest reforms to prevent revenue loss.

This app is useless for the following reasons. 1. It doesn't tell you how many numbers are required to set up pin code. 2. It is not possible to transfer from EUR. Only USD option is available in the app 3. According to EU law customer have a right to delete his/her account but this is not the option in this app. The idea is very good but it's functionality is still at very initial stage. I unstalled it

Forget my password and after getting a reset code, I went back to change password and it says "too many attempts" and I got blocked when I tried to change once. Furthermore, data sent via app in not encrypted!!! How crazy is that and they want you to use your international credit card?? Read Data Safety information, info sent via app is not encrypted! Fix this nonsense so we can use it.
