Ratings and reviews

It used to be great but the servers can't keep up. Recently the connection has continued to get weaker. To make it worse you can't even see what networks are the fastest to connect to and it hasn't been recommending locations recently, saying "No fast servers are available. Pull to refresh." Refreshing doesn't help. On the bright side, it is user friendly and offers many locations to connect to around the world. Canadian Netflix has some good stuff. Please invest more back into the servers

App is well coded. The only option(s) I would love added is more user control settings, this would attract the more tech savvy. Make default settings or "tried and true" settings an option for the less tech savvy that just need a quality VPN. But do make room for the ones that respect and love more user control when it comes to how they use their app (service).

Altough a bit pricey, ExpressVPN has been my go to virtual private network provider for the past couple of years due to their strong kill switch (VERY important, has yet to fail), ease of use and installation on all devices I've used (phone, tablet, computer), plethora of location options, outstanding speed, and last but not least, good customer service.
