Ratings and reviews

The App lacks several features available on the website. A major one is the ability to pull down an eStatement. Attempting to load the site as a the desktop site on a phone usually results in some kind of timeout or error, so you're just... Not able to access these super basic things in the app. You also can't access your full account number, or get the routing number.

First Bank is still a little outdated with some things, but they're working on updating. The app is pretty good for the most part. You can do just about anything banking wise on it. My only issue - and it's getting to be a very annoying one - is that for the past month now, every time I go to login, regardless of the place or signal strength, it takes about 1 minute to 1 1/2 to do anything. Every time it always says low connectivity (even when I have full bars) trying to load. VERY frustrating

It's not as user friendly as it could be, and it's not always accurate and up-to-date so don't rely on it in real time.
