Ratings and reviews

Exceptionally annoying. Usually forgets my trip when I use it (as guest). I do not want to create an account. I have to enter my trip details repeatedly. App asks for a 'confirmation #' which AFAIK needs to be the airline record locator (not the Sabre code - also a confirmation#). There's a big red 'complete trip requirements' button, but I can't complete that until 72 hours before I fly, so what's the point in telling me now? Bugging.

App frequently will not let me log in with no explanation. Then sends an email with a notification and asks if the notification was useful. When I click on the link to let them know it was not useful, the link doesn't work. Garbage. I'm literally in the airport, my flight has been delayed, the gate has changed the Info on the airport board hasn't been updated and I can't get info from the app because it won't let me log in.

I do everything delta related on the app. So far it's nearly 1:1 with the website which imo is exactly how every app should be. No crashes. No login annoyances. No ads. Can take care of your ticket refunds and exchanges all here. Fantastic. One issue observed. Companion certificates do not work at all on the app. You have to use it from the website.
