Very convenient in the obvious ways, but so glitchy in others, I'm not sure if the convenience is worth the stress. ex: my flight got delayed, missed my connection . App says "we've automatically booked you on the next flight- click to accept" I clicked and it was a completely different date/flight/route. Then it decided it was a day later than it was, preventing useful searches. It was resolved on ground, but still added a ton of unnecessary stress.

App frequently will not let me log in with no explanation. Then sends an email with a notification and asks if the notification was useful. When I click on the link to let them know it was not useful, the link doesn't work. Garbage. I'm literally in the airport, my flight has been delayed, the gate has changed the Info on the airport board hasn't been updated and I can't get info from the app because it won't let me log in.

We are extremely loyal to Delta but unfortunately, the app has been not working properly since the most recent update. We've tried everything, but the app continues to fail and will not allow us to change/reschedule flights. The error is "We're Sorry... We are unable to process this request online. for bookings made from a travel site or agency, please contact that third party to make any changes." We booked all flights with Delta directly, so we should not be seeing this issue.
