They are easy use and the cars are in good shape. HOWEVER, make sure you keep up w the extensions! I had been renting one and kept up with the with the extensions all night but I accidentally fell asleep for a couple of hours. I woke up to the parking lot security pounding on my door. The owner of the car was in the parking lot, retreiving the vehicle!! They charged me way too much in fees, dinging me a total of $716 for one day's rental. They kept taking money out of my out for up to a month!

Like for many others, the switch from the legacy app to the new app did not go smoothly. I had to re-verify my account, provide pics of my DL, add a CC, etc. The app does NOT let you do this AHEAD of time. It's bizarre. You have to first rent a car, then it asks you to verify your account. You have no idea that your account needs verification beforehand. Then you have to add a payment method. Again, you CAN'T do it ahead of time. Not to mention the random errors popping up. Bad experience.

The app works pretty well. It's easy to use, and the feedback is very quick. It should be taken into account that in addition to the driver's license and the ID, you need a document confirming your residential address (bill, lease, bank statement, pay stubs, etc). Also, be aware that there are environmental zones in Europe, so check the car details (fuel type, year of issue) if it meets the country requirements you go. The app is highly recommended 👌
