Ratings and reviews

Using the updated release, I can no longer see my balance and expiration. I only see the message, "Something went wrong". The welcome screen reads "Super Customer" instead of my name. It's horrible that there is no account details other than on the main screen. Lastly, I can't seem to rename an account after I've added it. I actually find this unnecessary. They should not require naming an account and using the number as a default.

I've had this app for about a month, and it's already giving me issues. It takes a long time to launch, logs me out when I'm offline, and the worst part is it doesn't reflect the promos I'm subscribed to. I registered to HACKS10 this morning, and it doesn't show; I loaded an Unli50 2 days ago, and though I can use it, it still doesn't show on the app! Even when I connect to wifi and refresh the app, nothing changes. I have no way of monitoring my data and have to dial the *143. Please fix this!

Slow and too many ads even you are already a subscriber, and I thought ads are usually for free aps. Sometimes, the ads are interfering with functionality, i.e. instead of being able to print receipts right away, most of the time, you'll hit the lazada ads instead of the ok/download button. And from time to time, you can not even use it as all features are having "something went wrong", yet ads still functions.
