One way trip not functioning properly, it accepts bids that goes opposite direction. daily incentives points doesn't work on consecutive long distance bids, the minimum requirements for the lowest reward are too high considering 80% bids takes 45-75 mins between 5am - 9am, requires 600 points for the lowest reward while each bid gives 100 points each. If only Grab not changing their incentives i won't be here.

Everytime update the new version its always impact when receiving an order and the accuracy of the distance in the maps never match with google maps and now the maps is even more worse and the bad things happen is everytime update the application my account becoming very difficult to get any order this happen many times....and also please fix the maps make different between walker, biker, motorcyle and car

lately, this app has been confusing me. It seems the system can't detect my location accurately which is disappointing me. The syatem automatically cancel orders many time while I'm on my way to a restaurant, even just 10 meters away. I've spent time and money just to pick up an order from restaurant. unfortunately the order was canceled when I arrivedat the restaurant. please think that traffic jamp might happen, thank that finding the resto or parking area might take time. FIX THE SYSTEM
