This app is really frustrating. Most of the time, transactions aren’t recorded properly, and it doesn’t sync with the GoMerchant system. Customer service often just says “the server is down” — but this keeps happening again and again. As a merchant, this creates serious problems. Please fix the reliability and server issues ASAP.

this application didn't respond to help ticket. i already wait until two weeks, and its still didn't work. i already reapply the help ticket for many times but still nothing change

it has been more than 7 business days .. I apologise for the impatience but I really do have to have the qris ready in my account for personal use it has been stuck in the registration process at 75 percent .. I hope there is no such thing as lack of consideration in this matter thankyou in advance 🙏
