Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

I have had this app for a long time now. All of a sudden it stopped letting me log in. keeps giving me a something went wrong message and tells me to go to the website. I have tried that and that doesn't work either. I pressed the "contact us" and nothing. I called the number that was suggested only to get a recording saying that it wasn't a valid number.

*Update as of March/2026....app and website completely down. Can not log in either one. Get it fixed Conduent and do better! Very frustrating when most of us depend on it! * This app was working great until October/2023. It crashes every time you go to open it. It says the app has a bug. You can't get to a human from the phone number, and when you send an email, you get a bot response. It's very annoying that I can't use the app!!

this app is trash! you can not log in ever to see your balance. biometric doesn't work.putting in your log in doesn't work. it's a waste of time. instead spend your 10 to 15 minutes on the phone to find your balance. this is a waste of time! oops something went wrong... for months! stop telling people to download an app that doesn't work! thank you!
