When I selected English for Language... I meant I wanted the entire App in English... not 40% of the App... just enough for me to think I might understand what I'm doing inside the App. Get rid of the Balinese or Indonesian words and convert the currency to the selected language currency values to make the App more transparent. I want to feel comfortable purchasing through a foreign App...!!

You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

I appriciate the app, it's good. But I have a complain, it's the fact that we (customers) cannot see the reason as to why our orders are cancelled. I'm fine if the driver or resto might want to cancel, but at least give concrete and fair reason. If not, then there is no accountability and I cannot be sure at all if my order will be ever delivered or not. Like I've waited for 20 minutes but then it says that the order is cancelled. It's pretty unfair for the customer.
