it's safe to use this account but, when it comes to customer service too sad. I am unable to receive the correct OTP (Verification Code) required to log in/proceed with my transaction, despite requesting it several times. I have already checked my signal, cleared my app cache, and verified that my number is correct, but the code still does not arrive. i already send an email about the issue but, i didn't receive a response

You are always doing system update etc. I find it annoying now. I need to transfer the money from this app to my e-wallet but you make it hard for me to do it, it keeps on showing "check transaction history for double transaction" but the same amount is still there and no double transaction happened. There's advice to comeback after an hour, its been more than 2 hours and nothing has changed. Why make difficult?

Unacceptable Delays Still waiting for my payout to reflect. My salary was sent days ago, but this app is taking forever to process the transfer. When you rely on your hard-earned money to arrive on time, this kind of service is a massive disappointment. Extremely slow and unreliable for payouts. Do not use if you need your money on time.
