Tried to use shake and win by tapping. It just keeps going back to the home screen. Ok, so I'll try to order an in app special. Add a vegan whopper to the cart. I'll need some chips with that. Add them. Whopper has disappeared. Try again. Same result. Walk out and hungry jacks misses out on a sale.

The app is basically on par with food quality, CS and efficiency from what I assume is the world's second largest burger chain. Using it without a glitch, being logged out or the whole order disappearing/having to convince staff you've ordered and payed(often to the point of opening NetBank to prove) is rare. All to end up with discounted food that pales in comparison, quality and price to even the most basic of lunch bars... Still garbage.Pick store,complete order, go to pay, store closed 🤦

Basic app works fine I guess. Most annoying thing is the redeemable offers in app still aren't fixed and it's been months. It's becoming really annoying to be unable to claim (esp free coffee which you get due to being a consistent customer and you have to go up to the counter now?) Really hoping they fix this in the app asap as it's been ages and is honestly offputting... will change my rating when it is fixed bc the rest of the app serves okay.
