App does not allow you to pay anything up to amount due, even though your average plan is higher. Why bother either using the app to pay your average billing plan or to have an average plan if you want to use the app. Geez....

This app is great...except for popups every screen change asking me to rate the app, and only giving me the choice of rate app now or ask me later (with later being the very next time the screen refreshes). The option that was missing is "no thanks, I prefer not to rate the app". For this reason alone, one star rating.

Useless. The app states different from online when checking scheduled power outages. What, you think it can trusted then for those non scheduled outages? Can't even get it right. Just another POS app development instead of hiring humans to answer the phone. Just shaking my head and laughing at it all. Great job IID, now why not invest in providing customers with real customer service.
