You need to update your app. it's glitchy. been horrible to use for a while now. today, as soon as I log in, there is a pop up saying to review my profile contacts. I click save and confirm and it tells me I'm not authorized to access those services and won't let me do anything in the app. Im the only person on the account. how am I not authorized to update my own account contact info?

A bit buggy when it updated. It was not seamless. Had to update phone and all my information didn't transfer into the new app. Nothing major just really annoying. Could have been bad if you're a pay on the due date situation because it took me several days to deduce what the problem was. Plan on an alternative way to pay instead of through app if you pay close to the due date. It's just too risky to not be able to rely on getting the payment stuff resolved in app.

ever since the last major update I can almost never log into my account. When I try to log in, it pulls up a box asking me to "review profile contact points and notification preferences" it covers almost the entire screen and there's no way to close out of it. If I try to submit, it gives an error saying the app is down and to login on the website even though I can clearly see that my account has loaded in behind the contact update box.
