Apparently there is an issue with payments processing. I get verification of my acct once details are entered and I get the email that the payment processes but it hasn't processed. I go to the app later to look at usage and there is a late fee applied. This is the 2nd time its happened. Also if you send them a email from the app no one answers. I called them and was told they would check in to it. So far the most important parts of the app aren't working correctly. Didn't they test it before?

I was able to download the app again and have been using the new version for a yr now and it is easy and very convenient to check usage ,get tips on saving energy and making payments. Customer service is friendly,and very helpful

Horrible. The app does not actually report back to their systems when you pay on your bill through it. It is a waste of time to even have on your phone. Don't waste your storage space for it. Easier to take the few minutes out of your day and pay at their kiosk or even in person.
