My Energy Center is an easy and secure way to manage your gas and electric services, provided by SDG&E or your Community Choice Aggregator (CCA)—San Diego Community Power (SDCP) or Clean Energy Alliance (CEA). 

With My Energy Center, you can:
• View and pay your energy bill
• Access your account summary including your projected bill
• View your energy usage

Super annoying app that ALWAYS takes multiple attempts to login. Also, you have to toggle back and forth to make each account your 'default' in order to view the information. The payment function is consistently a huge pain. I can't count how many times I get to the end of the steps to schedule my payment and then the system cancels the whole thing saying that this function is not currently available! Then, I'll do it again exactly the same way and it goes through. 🫤

reviews here doesn't matter. SDG&E has a monopoly and there's no other options. so reviewing the only service available is pointless. but here we go. the app sucks. try logging in will kick you out multiple times saying you have been timed out. the code is super clunky and takes forever to go from page to page. but again it doesn't matter because where else will you go??

I always struggle when logging into the app with biometrics because it always fails on the first attempt and then I have to try it a second time. Most recently with 2FA I could not get into it on my phone nor online through a browser because the code wasn't coming through. I was able eventually to get into it on my tablet and turn off 2FA. Eventually the codes came through via text THREE HOURS later. That's a terrible UI experience.
