The app itself is pretty glitchy. It constantly says things like "services unavailable" or "system down" etc. Logging in is difficult. It usually glitches, sends error alert, then moves to login anyways. Sometimes crashes mid use. Sometimes my billing info & data just disappears / blank account. Sometimes won't list my bill on due date when I go to pay, and will then populate later and generate overdue email immediately. Could be a great app just very buggy UI.

Super annoying app that ALWAYS takes multiple attempts to login. Also, you have to toggle back and forth to make each account your 'default' in order to view the information. The payment function is consistently a huge pain. I can't count how many times I get to the end of the steps to schedule my payment and then the system cancels the whole thing saying that this function is not currently available! Then, I'll do it again exactly the same way and it goes through. 🫤

This app is cumbersome to navigate. I ALWAYS have to log in 2-3 times before I can get into the app. Also, I have to switch back and forth between my gas and electric accounts by making each one my 'default' in order to view the information. I'm not sure why both parts of my bill can't be active for seamless viewing. Also, when you go to pay, you have to remember your due date before entering the actual online payment screen. There is no due date reminder once you are scheduling your payment.
