The app was fine and now I can't log in. Even when I try to log in and pay through the website ("no login needed") it doesn't recognize my account info. I just want to pay my bill, but perhaps they don't want my money. Please fix this! Based on another customer's comment, do not wish to call customer service to be more frustrated talking to someone I don't understand.

the login page says 'devices This app is available for all of your devices but it will not load onto my desktop, and the website does not log me in on the dashboard. I have to get onto my phone to log in and pay my bill. Like others here if you want people to pay thier bills please make it easier again to log in and pay it.

Trash!!! username/information never saves.. you'll need your 36 digit account number to do anything... never saves/no location.. It's 2026 your app should reflect that & you're the damn Gas Company... Do Better 👎🏾
