The app was fine and now I can't log in. Even when I try to log in and pay through the website ("no login needed") it doesn't recognize my account info. I just want to pay my bill, but perhaps they don't want my money. Please fix this! Based on another customer's comment, do not wish to call customer service to be more frustrated talking to someone I don't understand.

The app won't remember that I want to log in with my fingerprint. Every time I want to use it, I have to go to my password manager and look for the password. It's easier just to use it in a browser. Not only is this not useful, it creates extra work. Don't bother.

Update to my last review...Still 1 star because I cant give a ZERO! I now can no longer log in online or thrlugh the app, and have to pay a $2.50 convenience fee for paying without logging in. What a bunch of B.S.! Since update, and the newest update as of today I still cannot log in due to my username. I understand sometimes passwords cannot contain certain special characters, but my account that has been set up for years I'm no longer able to access?!
