The app was fine and now I can't log in. Even when I try to log in and pay through the website ("no login needed") it doesn't recognize my account info. I just want to pay my bill, but perhaps they don't want my money. Please fix this! Based on another customer's comment, do not wish to call customer service to be more frustrated talking to someone I don't understand.

this new update doesn't work, ever since I did the update it wont load. I have uninstalled it and clear the cache and reinstall and does the same thing. I go online to make payment and my card is saved to the system and says it cannot take payment. I wonder if developer's ever tast their updates on apps first before releasing because it dont look like they do.

Doesn't work now. Worked last time. Now it says I don't have access to the required resources when trying to login. Forced stop, cleared cache, then tried to open again with the same result. The website also hangs up when I try to login
