The app was fine and now I can't log in. Even when I try to log in and pay through the website ("no login needed") it doesn't recognize my account info. I just want to pay my bill, but perhaps they don't want my money. Please fix this! Based on another customer's comment, do not wish to call customer service to be more frustrated talking to someone I don't understand.

Update to my last review...Still 1 star because I cant give a ZERO! I now can no longer log in online or thrlugh the app, and have to pay a $2.50 convenience fee for paying without logging in. What a bunch of B.S.! Since update, and the newest update as of today I still cannot log in due to my username. I understand sometimes passwords cannot contain certain special characters, but my account that has been set up for years I'm no longer able to access?!

Can't create a profile for payments! No matter what combination of letters, numbers or symbols I use, I keep getting an error. Either too many characters or not enough. It says a minimum of 7 but keeps telling me that it needs to be less than 7. When I make it less than 7, it says its not long enough. Trash
