• Receive outage notifications and get the latest restoration updates

Ratings and reviews

There is no option to stop service on your app or online. This is either by design or AWFUL development.

The update to the entire SWG system has thus far been entirely a waste of time. Automatic two-step verification has been instated and wouldn't you know it, the dang thing doesn't actually send out the verification emails. What an obnoxious change. Can't find a bill lying around so I haven't been able to even pay my bill.

I can't even enter my email address which includes a dash/hyphen (-) as it will not accept it. Can't even get registered online which is the only reason for installing the app in the first place. Why do I want to install all these apps that use up all the space on my phone, when I can just login via a browser. Total fail on both fronts!!!
