irritating app can't even click the agreement when making a payment. literally took 20 tries with it opening the terms instead of marking the check in the tiny box. I tried everything possible, then it randomly decided to work. if you're paid ahead because they didn't refund your overpayment after requesting it, the app won't let you set up autopay so then when you do owe money it's late and you don't know because they practically force you into paperless but don't text you when past due.

App is good except for one feature. The consent to terms box is so close to the link for viewing the terms that it takes me multiple tries to agree to the terms each payment date. If that box could be offset a little more it would be very helpful. Edit--reduced star rating due to the consent box not being addressed and the incessant nagging to rate the app every time I use it.

I have said this many, many times before ... if you need try to submit a payment from your phone, the payment authorization check box is WAY TOO close to the terms disclaimer. It is VERY frustrating to authorize a payment on a cell phone because you are routed again and again to the disclaimer. I cannot believe that this is so hard to rectify! I just want to pay my bill! Why are you making this so hard? Don't you want to be paid? Please separate them!
