Been having BIG issues with this app, everytime I get on it there is a message that pops up that says "There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed." But it's only on the home and billing tabs all the other ones I can look at with no issues...how am I supposed to pay my bill if the app litterally won't let me. Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully they get their stuff together soon.

Good app and easy to use. The only reason I gave it a 3 is that if you want to auto pay, it has to be a bank account you link to. I only want to use my credit card (i cash back for all purchases) and you are unable to with this company. I would say 5 stars if that was included as even though I have a 1.75$ processing fee. I would accept that every time

It should send you a text instead of an email. Then you won't get charged a late fee. Half the time the email goes to the spam folder šŸ“‚ Still over a year later, the same thing. Can't it send you a reminder Via Text by now. Automatic Payment only accepts a debit account. EVERYTHING ELSE will accept a credit card to charge.
