Edited 10/29/25. Apparently, they dont read their reviews. That stupid check box is still right next to the link. You can't complete a payment without checking the box. Move the check box away from the link for authorization terms on the payment page... I have to click 3 or 4 times before I can finally get the check box and not the link... They are too close together!!

The app is fine with one exception. When attempting to submit payment the little box we have to check is WAY too close to the terms and conditions disclaimer. It takes me at least 3 times to get the box checked. Please move the box or make it larger. Thank you. Update 12/03/2025. The box isn't larger but it is more receptive and recognizes easier. Thank you!

For where I live in Indiana, this app is very convenient. It tells me when my bill is due, how much I have to pay and shows the monthly bill. Everything that is written on the paper bill statement is on this app. Usage, billing, account information. Easy to use. Saves payment information, sends email receipts, smooth and easy. All you have to do is remember your username and password. Unless you auto save then you don't have to do anything more. Click and pay. Easy peasy.
