For where I live in Indiana, this app is very convenient. It tells me when my bill is due, how much I have to pay and shows the monthly bill. Everything that is written on the paper bill statement is on this app. Usage, billing, account information. Easy to use. Saves payment information, sends email receipts, smooth and easy. All you have to do is remember your username and password. Unless you auto save then you don't have to do anything more. Click and pay. Easy peasy.

The app seems like a good way to pay, but I tried several times today to enter my debit card expiration date, and my entry--exactly matching the card-- was rejected each time. Finally, using account saved in phone memory, got to the step where I had to tap a box to accept terms, the terms and conditions appeared every time I tapped the box, but never accepted my acceptance. The chance to win $250 for using the app to pay seemed like "bait and switch" I was charged an extra $2 online with check

I've had this app for half a year and the only nice thing about it is that I dont have to send a check in or pay over the phone. If you pay directly with a card, they charge you an extra fee. If you pay with a bank account they take way longer than it says to process the payment. I scheduled a payment in December to go through after the holidays and it still took a whole extra week to go through from when it was supposed to be processed. All in all, disappointed in Nipsco in general.
