Crashes immediately on startup. Like others before me I have tried the basics, un-installed/re-installed, tried really fast to get my VIP card read, had a friend who is faster than me try as well, no luck. I even cursed at it, and got pretty creative too, but the damn thing is still crashing on me. Has been this way for a month or more.. Please work on meeting customer expectations and fix it. Thanks.

App doesn't start properly. It loads, then immediately shuts down. When you restart, it has a Grey screen with the Idaho Lottery symbol on it, and will not get past that screen. I've tried forcing it to stop, clearing the cache, clearing the memory, restarting the phone. None of these methods change anything. It's just a broken app. If you want to replicate the issue, I wouldn't mind heading into Boise to show you. Seriously, it wouldn't be a problem. It's not far.

Really poor app... needs a LOT of improvement. Also, the contact us staff does not take the time to actually read the messages... Too lazy, and too much effort. You shouldn't have to contact them more than once to do something as simple as issue a replacement VIP card. After they sent me someone else's VIP card, supposedly with the same first and last name, I had to email them to ask them to correct their mistake. Should never of happened. They eventually fixed it... so 3 out of 5.
