The new JS Bank application is not working properly on Android 14. The app opens but automatically shuts down after a few seconds, making it impossible to use. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because it is causing inconvenience in mobile banking.

The app was user-friendly until the recent update, which has caused it to malfunction. I'm unable to open it, and I urgently need to complete some online transactions. I've been facing this issue for four consecutive days, and it's quite frustrating. I kindly request the app developers to resolve this issue promptly so that users can utilize the app efficiently.

It's been a month the CARD MANAGEMENT section is not working on the application. It's getting very difficult now, everytime I have to call the customer helpline and wait so long just to activate and deactivate my card. Have complained a lot of time but nothing happened.
