Don't waste your time with this app. I ordered from a restaurant and after one hour, there was still no sign of my order. When I called the restaurant, they said there is no driver available to pick up my order. I have already been charged 4.5 BD for this. We tried calling Jahez numerous times and no one has answered our calls There is no way to cancel or refund your money on the app. I've lost my money and I have no food. They have horrible customer service!!

worst experience.This app is a scam and these people don't send us the full things and not even send money back.. I would advise everyone to never order anything on account, special grocery items or anything. These people lie and do not give you the items in full and do not put money in your credit. If they put money in your credit by mistake, and the next time you want to use the credit, and you order again to use the credit they do the same thing again. not send the whole items. totally scam

The app itself is good. But one must ask, why is it that every time when I order something, it says I'm eligible for free delivery and when I go to checkout, there is a delivery charge. plus there are some restaurants that say the delivery charges are 590 fils or something but when I checkout, it's 1 BD. Please address this issue asap as this confuses the customer sometimes for what they are paying for.
