Very disappointed Locations shows near by but while pick up the order it shows very far and never get customer proper location please improve location service, and please give some ethics to your customer support team they don't know how to speak they thought only this customer support are humans rest of people jinns

Very bad application.There is a serious problem with Jahez’s algorithm. I was given an order where the pickup distance was around 40 km, while the delivery distance was only 6 km, and the total price was 14 riyals. This order was assigned to me by Jahez’s system; I did not pick or accept it by myself. Such orders are unfair and do not match the effort and distance required.

drivers don't get short ride very bad long and short orders should be open for cars driver to cover up there fuel for the long distance they cover company don't dive bonus for the long distance trip. @jahez do the needful to upgrade the system for drivers. low order for the drivers
