i am working as car delivery driver in jahez company. Everything thing is simple and massive. But support team is not Active They did not respond quickly. i request to please need to improve this. That kills our time and earnings. Sometimes they answer after 1 hrs. Deploper needs to improve a fix time for when restaurant close, Order did not reaceived on restaurant,custumer not answering and saned not 0.0. and make debit rule if someone report without valid reason. Rest all ok. thanks❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

I am a Jahaz driver. It is a very good app. I earn a lot. But I request the management to take concrete steps to eliminate fake apps, fake GPS and auto clickers. Instead of the one-riyal bounty, introduce a fifty-riyal plenty so that all drivers can earn according to their hard work.
