Ratings and reviews

This application's support is the worst, cheap and very very very poor. Support staff hangs up without listening. Support doesn't respond to the application for two to three hours. I haven't seen any application with worse support than this.

The new system in the Saned app is extremely frustrating. It keeps giving penalties even when the issue is not from my side. If the network drops for a moment, the app closes in the background, or I enter a basement where GPS is naturally lost, the system immediately marks it as “Turned off location tracking” or “Fake location detected.” I never turn off my GPS, and I do not use any fake location apps. These penalties are unfair and directly affect drivers’ performance scores and income.

If the alarm is turned on after delivery, the location can be lost, which causes difficulties for divers and can lead to accidents at any time, so please make some changes to your system.
