You guys have been operating in Bahrain since 2021, but looking at the Sanad app, it feels like some outdated software from the 90s. This has got to be one of the most pathetic and outdated delivery apps out there! At least include some basic features: Cash Collection: It doesn't even properly show how much cash a rider currently holds. Tip Option: There is zero feature or option for customer tips. The new system in the Saned app is extremely frustrating. It keeps giving penalties even when the issue is not from my side. If the network drops for a moment, the app closes in the background, or I enter a basement where GPS is naturally lost, the system immediately marks it as “Turned off location tracking” or “Fake location detected.” I never turn off my GPS, and I do not use any fake location apps. These penalties are unfair and directly affect drivers’ performance scores and income.

This application's support is the worst, cheap and very very very poor. Support staff hangs up without listening. Support doesn't respond to the application for two to three hours. I haven't seen any application with worse support than this.
