My Krowd app doesn't work anymore since mid September. I can't log in because it says there is a server error. My app was working fine until the most recent update. My phone is compatible with the updated version by the way. Can u guys do anything on your end to fix this? HELP! 😭 I can't pick up any shifts because the app doesn't work and doesn't send any messages to me stating that there is an available shift. This is affecting the amount of money I make. Thanks!

I have biometrics enabled on this application. When I attempt to log in, the app will still ask me for my password. Once I've input my password, it still requires biometric authentication. When prompted for biometric input, I am often met with an error message that states Face ID authentication has failed. However, I obviously don't have an iPhone, and my biometrics on my device are set up for fingerprints. This app is not convenient. it's a detriment to my livelihood

I have had many work apps that have a schedule. This is probably the worst one yet. It glitches frequently. They took away group message for the new people that are getting the app. So you can only message privately. The my shift portion is the most glitchy part of the app. It buffers then it ends up saying access denied sorry. Like a server is down every week. It's also slow to notify. When you're in the app you don't get the notification that something has happened until 10 minutes later.
