The service provided by the app is rubbish. My son's train was not arriving on time. Their support number asked me to check the train's status on the app. Four hours later, the app still showed the train as arriving on time. I called my son and found out the train was without power, and passengers were asked to disembark at another station. What is the point of having a schedule if you do not plan to update it?

please change the refunding policy. it is not fair that i only receive 75% or less for refund. some people had to cancel their bookings due to changes in schedules that are sometimes unavoidable. some people would accidentally book the wrong month. imagine booking for 5 people that costs more than 1.5k but receiving a mere 1k for refund? might even be less. stop taking our money like this. and add a feature where the refunded money could be transferred back to the owner's bank account.

after ekyc, pending verification for a few days, after that login error. the worst thing is, i have deposited monies into the wallet and now my deposit is stuck there unable to use the app. if you wanted to try out, do not deposit monies.
