Kindle is awesome. my entire library of books is at my fingertips everywhere all the time on any device I have. And I can never lose a book or lend it and never have it returned. Amazing! And I can highlight, take notes, etc right there and easily find it all. Kindle is so easy to use and easy to acquire new books, usually cheaper. I do wish I would be allowed to share books more freely. It would be nice, just for a limited time. we do it with print books. Why not Kindle books.

Been using Kindle for over ten years and have absolutely loved it - up until about six months ago. The app keeps crashing and, along with the Audible service (or lack of it,) Kindle has been so frustrating it has taken all the joy out of reading. If I didn't have so much money already invested in Kindle, I would blow it off and switch platforms. I can't do that for the ebooks I've already purchased, but I will look elsewhere in the future.

I love reading on my tablet, but the Kindle app has gone drastically downhill. On the latest versions, I get an error message every time I try to down a book on my phone. I've tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. Customer service is useless--they admit it's a "known issue" and tell me I need to "just wait. It's been months! Meanwhile, I paid for a 2 year Kindle Unlimited membership that I cannot use. Do better!!
