App does not work at all for me. I have been waiting for updates for a year but the app has not worked for a year. Gives "Generic error, could not log in", no details. I am able to login to the account on the web, so the password is definitely correct. Disappointed with the kind of attention this app is getting from the developer. I know it is outsourced to a separate company, not JLR directly, but I think this is leaving a bad impression of JLR, and shows bad on Play Store, as the iOS app works

Never offered the 1st year free. Customer Service Representative was very helpful when I called to sync vehicle w/app. Have had it for about 5 months and it is no longer working, keeps telling me vehicle is in sleep/driving mode. Called Customer Support, and informed my vehicle will soon no longer be compatible with the new software update. 😞

A subscription is required for basic features, like remote start & unlock. Very often the app thinks the vehicle is driving, even though I'm looking right at it where it's been parked for hours. This happens constantly, which means all remote features are also disabled (the ones you pay for). Reinstalling and refreshing does nothing. also, the app has constant sign in errors, and forces you to sign out.
