I don't really know why, but the Mic app is disconnecting at random the last eight or so times I've used it. This is frustrating because the phone I'm using isn't close to me, so i have to enable the mic on the Mevo, go to the phone, reload and reconnect the app, then re-enable the input, and disable the built-in mic. Terrible for the sound quality. Please update the app to keep the phone awake and the app active. Why doesn't Mevo make the app keep the phone awake? Every game does it.

This app is great when it works. The problem is that it seems a bit unstable. Sometimes it connects. Sometimes it doesn't. The phone sometimes sees the Mevo but the Mevo doesn't see the phone. If they ever get this worked out, it will be great because the sound quality is much better than the sound from the camera.

$1000 to buy your 3 camera set up and you wont allow us to use a mic without a stupid subscription! $150 for a year for this feature! For a hobbiest who is just using these to broadcast kids baseball to grandparents it seems pretty steep. The tech for these cameras is barely worth the cost, but i will say it is the best option for multi camera for hobby live streams. A external mic source should not be a pro feature!
