it's been one month i couldn't do just one transaction. the App fails in every step. sometimes login fails, sometimes balance didn't show, sometimes beneficiary list didn't show and and and... . if you don't have branches in the ground, just make sure your app works properly.

Very Poor Communication Dear Al Maryah Community Bank, I am very disappointed with your service. I tried to contact your bank several times through email, but I never received any response. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for customers. If a bank cannot respond to basic customer inquiries, how can people trust it with their money? I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication.

Unauthorized Fees & No Customer Support I am facing a serious issue with unauthorized charges.The bank deducted 209 DH from my account without any explanation. I filed a complaint through the app on August 7th, but have received no response for weeks. Now my account is deeply in the negative due to their error. The app works for taking complaints, but it seems that's where the service ends. No one actually resolves anything. Avoid this bank if you expect reliable customer service and account sec
