2. Register Using Your Mobile Number
Register by entering your mobile number. This will be linked to your Juice account for transactions, authentication, and communication.

Look out for a 6-digit verification code sent via SMS to confirm your registration.

3. Complete Identity Verification
Follow the instructions to verify your identity using Jumio, our trusted verification partner. This includes a secure face verification process.

Your privacy and data security are our top priority. All your information is encrypted and kept confidential as part of our strong data protection measures.

4. Secure Your Account
Protect your account using fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, or a 4-digit PIN.

For enhanced security, choose a unique PIN. Avoid using easily guessable combinations, such as consecutive numbers, repetitive digits, or your birthdate.

terrible ui... compared to the previous version, now you can't see the details of your transaction at a glance because they are stupid enough to make transaction details only ten characters long while the reference number is longer than that. So to find one transaction, i have to go through every single transaction, opening them one by one and then go back again. So inefficient...

Old app expires in a few days.. The new one doesn't work most of the time. I can't even add in my account, I keep getting a network error. Occasionally it does go to the next page, but by the time I get my card details out, it errors again. Why change something that wasn't broken? If you don't fix it you're going to lose customers to a bank whose app does work... I've already setup an account with another bank just in case you don't fix it. Your IT boss should be fired for being incompetent!

Tap to pay is not working. When opting for scan to pay, it does not allow login with biometrics. In some places where we were able to use scan to pay previously, now we can't even use it. Sometimes, when we are using the app, it closes abruptly. On account overview, when I already select one of my accounts and select transact. it displays the list of my accounts to be selected again. When changing daily limits, we have to do identification each and every time.. not feasible
