I'm giving up. They offer all these discounts on gas but so far I've only been able to redeem them once at the pump. You put your phone number in and the price per gallon doesn't change. It registers on the app that it's you because it says I've earned more discounts from that fill up but it doesn't give me the discount I already had earned that I clicked to redeem at that fill. I have to unredeem it so it's still there but the pumps won't apply my cents off to the price. You have lost a custome

Great rewards program, easy to use.(I even use it along with my Upside Rewards app and get additional savings!)For people complaining about it not showing the cents-off at the pump, it doesn't show it until you've swiped your card and picked your fuel grade. THEN it changes the price. My ONLY issue with the app is every few times, it forces me to log back in - it won't keep me logged in. Very inconvenient when you're in a hurry and have to log-in and do the OTP process again. PLEASE FIX!

Good luck getting the offered discount!!! More often than not the rewards discount does not work at the pump. You put in your loyaly # and the price is supposed to be adjusted at the pump. Sometimes it worked before. Lately it hasn't been working, and you have to go inside to try to get the right price. This last time, the price didn't adjust at the pump (as usual), inside I was told to enter my loyalty # in store number after pumping, it didnt work, and I did not get the offered discount.
