Bad card, bad app. With no notifications, no email or paper bill sent, your bill is due, causing missed and late payments. They want to rack up late fees and make extra money screwing over their customers. Points you earn are only good on GM services and products, the points are 10 times less valuable for cash value. I don't use this card on anything but GM products as it does you no good to use it for anything else.

10-day transfer times now - a huge step backwards. I need a bank where I have access to my money when I want, or might truly need it. Thought this might lend the ease of an online checking account with some lesser loss of value while it sits. But, it just isn't a good fit for me as someone still in an 'earning, spending, saving, and investing' stage of my life. Don't have time or extra cash to have just sitting in an account losing value. Idk who this is app is for anymore really.

The app doesn't allow me to log in after updating. I enter the email/password, and the Login button is greyed out. It looks like they changed the rules on what a password can be without first having people update their password. The check for a valid password should be on the password change page, not the login screen. It was a Horrible decision to do it this way.
