It's nice to be able to place a mobile order and to use rewards/deals. However, lately I can't even check in for curbside pickup when I need to pick up said order, causing me to have to either go inside (which is impossible if they have their doors locked) or wait in an incredibly long line which defeats the purpose of curbside pickup on my way to work.

This app is frustrating. There is an ongoing problem with order processing. Only about 50% of the time do drive thru orders go through. The rest come back with "we're sorry we are having issues on our end" but when you switch to curbside it magically works. I have explained this to support several times and they literally ask me to reinstall my app. I've tried reinstalling, I've tried a different phone. Like look at your log files and figure your lives out!

This app is annoying. It defaults to the closest location instead of your favorite so you have to change it to your favorite every time. The closest location to me is the opposite way home from work so it should default to what you tell it is the one you want. Then during your time in the app adding to your order it continually comes up and says something about the location and you have to keep telling it the location you want. If we pick it once we shouldn't have to again. Frustrating!!!!!!
