1 star just because of the app experience, not the food or the rewards scheme. Recent updates have rendered the app unusable. It's always a different bug, but the app seems so clunky now that even a new, up-to-date phone can barely run it. I've had to resort to ordering in person at drive the through recently, and trying to put in a delivery order, on my partner's phone it refused to go past the payment page, so it was unclear whether it had gone through (it hadn't), and my app didn't even open

I've been using this app for years without any problems. But, recently, the app seems to have a lot of bugs. Yesterday, I tried numerous times to put a food order through, and it just kept freezing, jumping, and glitching out. Eventually, I managed to get the order done, and when I tried to checkout and pay for my meal, it said (item unavailable) even though it was. I had to go to the counter and ask what was going on. A new update is definitely needed.

For such a big company, this app is surprisingly bad. I bad 3 times the issue when the app would freeze, then just open a blank page. It is so frustrating after spending 15 minutes making an order. One time, it also froze just before drive in, just before I needed the code. I had to delete all my cache in order to solve the issue. I know its not an issue with my phone because, all the other ordering app work great.
