I faced errors like "Trying to insert a duplicate record" while registering for a Meezan Digital Account, despite being a new user. After multiple failed attempts, I contacted Meezan Bank via WhatsApp, and they resolved it. While I appreciate the support, the app should provide clearer error messages and a smoother registration process for new users. Hope they improve this!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE at least 100 time I tried to get biometric. scanning got rejected even with clear picture. secondly The page stucks at "close" prompt and neither move back or forth. app is never giving "TRYING AGAIN OPTION" for biometric, instead when you click backwards arrow, it goes 4 pages back, which you have to fill again and again .
