The biggest issue is battery drain. It's a serious battery hog. It drains 1% every 2 minutes--just running in the background (screen off). It also makes my phone really warm. If I had known the app would drain my battery so much, I wouldn't have bought the frames. The home screen is fairly useless, since they're just tutorials that you've already done when setting up the glasses. Deleting photos/videos requires too many steps.

No clear way to start a conversation. The test modes provide a sample but there is nowhere to enter any text to respond back. Update: Restarting the app fixed it, kind of. It froze on first load, then it had no option of entering text or starting a conversation after selecting a username on second load, but 3rd time lucky. Update 2: chat works but no option to use voice as announced anywhere to be found

The application is very good, but what it says is done with great difficulty, we have to give instructions 50 times, even after that some or the other thing is missing, the work which should be done in minutes is taking hours. The brain is getting damaged, no matter how many times I give instructions, if a 2 minute work takes 2 days then how will it work. What I mean to say is that what we say is done with great difficulty. Please do something.
