Ratings and reviews

Mostly, Outlook meets my needs and works as expected/intended, but lately, the app has been losing notes I type in draft emails. Some drafts Outlook says it saves, and I can't find the drafts later. When I go back to drafts that do save, sometimes they are missing part of the notes I took. Just now, I was editing a draft to send to someone, and when I switched the account to send the email from (because I have multiple linked accounts), over half the notes disappeared, and I can't get them back.

Switched to another app that works as needed. Hopefully MS addresses this shortcoming in the future. When you do a search, you can't long-press to select multiple emails for deletion. Every other email app I've used has this feature, and it's important when you are trying to clean your inbox. Even Outlook on my iPad can do this! I hope this functionality is added in a future update. Ridiculous!

This app sucks. It's frustrating and completely unusable. Nothing will load except for the loading button*; I can't access my emails anymore. Even before that, I always got the notification to log into my email when I was already logged in. Why do I constantly need to "fix" my Outlook settings? Finally deleting this app and installing a new one. Good riddance, Outlook. *Correction: Opening the app takes me to a black screen. Well done, Microsoft.
