Ratings and reviews

The app has a lot of bugs, including payment reminders for credit card bills that have been already paid. It also seems like they don't credit your reward. The good thing is - it doesn't force you to use a password like many other finance apps and keep annoying you consistently. It also lets you pay credit card bills via other credit cards, however at a 2.5% interest rate. I've a credit score of 784 and they offered me a ZIP limit of 5k upgradable to 60k on use. P2P lending not reliable. Beware!

This app needs a serious improvement. I have been using CRED for credit card bill payments and had such a seamless experience. Thought of trying this for bill payment and what a mess. First of all it doesn't detect properly if bill is generated, even though if you provide email access. So high chance you might miss your billing. Also, even if you paid bill through mobiles itself, it keeps on sending you reminder of same bill as unpaid. You'll have no clue what's happening.

1) There should be a button to manually refresh the credit card statement. Most of the time, it fails to fetch the statement from email and shows the old statement. 2) Additionally, there should be an option to create a shortcut for the scan and pay feature. Scan and pay shortcuts are present in almost all UPI apps; it's only missing in MobiKwik.
