Your UPI service is useless, whenever I try to send money by entering the mobile number, always the same popup comes that something went wrong please try again, Google Pay and Paytm are better than Freecharge which can transfer money in 1 click. Providing the facility without any problem.

What is this trash app? I'm trying to change my number but it says already exists in another account. And when I try to login to that number, there is no account. I try to contact the customer support but why the hell if I try to write down on the blank space it selects the background list instead. After that I somehow write it and then they need an image and when I try to select the image icon, it selects the background questions list again. Fix your app!!!

App is ok but No cash back. They say in app no code required but when I did recharge/bill payment, even after a week no cash back. Wanted to talk to customer care, but useless, no customer executive only ivr will keep telling press this that lastly says go to app, irritates a lot, infact google pay given some direct cash back in account.
