I am very disappointed with FreeCharge. I deactivated UPI Lite, and usually the balance returns to the bank account within some time. But this time, the money neither came back to my bank account nor is it showing in the wallet. Whenever I try to add money to the wallet, it shows “your past deactivation is still in progress”, and there is no option to fix this issue. There is zero transparency, no proper customer support, and no update on my stuck money. This kind of experience is unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with Freecharge’s support. My UPI Lite has been deactivated for the last 15 days, and my payment is still stuck. I have raised multiple tickets, but every time I receive the same repeated response without any actual solution. Even the Nodal Officer has not resolved the issue, and there is no proper update or timeline from the team. I have also sent an email to your email ID, but I have not received any solution yet.

I am very disappointed with freecharge Upi lite because I added money and after some time upi lite got closed, I logged out and checked, my account is not getting added, the message coming is your account blocked 24 When I logged in for an hour the next day, it again told me 24 hours. I have been seeing this for the last 5 days and today when I am logging in, it is telling me to update my Freecharge version, whereas I had previously downloaded the latest version from the play store.what can I do
