Ratings and reviews

Transaction is not shown in Freecharge and my money went pending 3 times. Transaction gets hidden again and again. It remains for a few days after complaining and then gets hidden again. Transaction gets pending after payment. Even after complaining so many times it did not get fixed and customer care only calls for feedback and does not solve the problem.

I'm very disappointed from this app.. I had registered on Freecharge a while ago and had ₹1,300 in my UPI Lite wallet. Yesterday, I reinstalled the app due to a glitch, but now it is asking me to register again. When I try to re-register, it flags my account as suspicious due to DoT guidelines. I don't know how to fix this and I'm unable to access my 1300 rs.

I have been using this app for more than a decade now. Although, not too popular but it was working fine. Every update brought new features and restrictions in name of security. Recently, it has started closing down with a pop up that " You have a harmful app installed in device. Pl uninstall it first" and the app shuts down. Ok! if it does but pl mention the apo you are threatened from? How do you expect me to find out from all installed app!. Frustrated, I am uninstalling it.
