Extremely disappointed with Freecharge. I had enabled UPI Lite, but after reinstalling the app, it keeps showing UPI Lite already connected while I cannot access or use it at all. There is no option to reset or fix it from the app. On top of that, the help center is very poor no proper support, no chat option, and no clear resolution steps. This makes the app unreliable for payments. Please resolve this issue urgently and improve your customer service system.

I made a transaction the app show time out and at first the money is not debited and after I do the transaction ut is succes but the money is also debited from the transaction which showed time out also I lost my money. When I asked the coustomer service they said that they don't do anything for this and they are talking very badly and rashly. So please check the balance again and again if a transaction is not completed properly. This happened for 3 times to me.❌🙅‍♂️.

The App was working fine until Dec 2025. Now whenever I try to open the app, it gives me security warning that accessibility services are enabled, blah blah. then it closes. Even though I turned off most of the settings, the app won't open. No other app has this issue. Hope they fix this. Uninstalled App and tried to install it again. This time it did not send OTP via SMS or by call. Later the App shows message that I have exceeded the limit.
