Same "unexpected error" messages as other users. I had a dollar credit from a malfunctioning Primo Water machine and kept getting the error when trying to use the app on two separate machines. Uninstalled/reinstalled and lost my credit. Couldn't even report the issue. This app is broken. UPDATE 1/22/25 after several support cases I finally found a water vending machine that was connected and was able to use my credit, so adding a star to my review.

I realize sometimes technology doesn't work as it's meant to so I accept that. The plus side is you don't have to pay an extra 10ç when using the wallet. Certain machines will still charge and not dispense water so I'm guessing that is not the apps fault. I do get the money back eventually. If a machine isn't working call and let them know and go to another machine. So far that's been the best solution. I will keep the app. Thank you.

If you want a 15 cent charge on each item and only want to buy 1 item at a time then you'll love this. Half the time it won't recognize the machine in front of me. There is no signage or anything readily available informing the customer of the fee or the 1 item limit despite the electronic reader stating you can buy multiple items at once.
